The design of a Business center responds to the constraints of the surrounding buildings in Almaty and its location falls within the strategic views of the new city developments like Almaty Financial Center, Ritz-Cartlon Hotel, Esentai Mall, AFD Plaza. The outcome of this ambitious office project is a modern 25,000m2 building, featuring glass curtain walls and cantilevered geometry. The building’s elevations are designed to respond to their orientation and achieve optimum environmental control whilst creating a building that feels light, but still provides a statement architecture. The design offers a prominent, generous entrance on the corner of Al-Farabi avenue and Zhamakaev street, with a range of flexible open space floor plans.

Данный проект органично вписывается  в район финансового центра г. Алматы и располагается недалеко от крупных зданий, такие как, Ritz-Cartlon Hotel, Есентай Молл, AFD Plaza, БЦ Нурлы Тау и др. Результатом этого широкомасштабного проекта стало современное здание площадью 25,000 м2, которое представляет из себя симбиоз стекла, металлических конструкций и сложных геометрических форм. Конструкция здания обеспечивает удобный подъезд к бизнес центру на пересечении пр. Аль-Фараби и ул Жамакаева. Проектирование здания производилось по техническим стандартам с использованием экологически чистых материалов.
